ADHD COACHING

ADHD GROUPS

I am passionate to come alongside Christian adults and families who have been diagnosed or believe they may have ADHD.

ADHD ONLINE GROUPS

These Christian ADHD coaching groups are hosted live over Zoom and are not psychotherapy or clinical treatment. Groups are facilitated by Charity Ritter, Certified ADHD Services Provider, and are designed to provide practical support, education, and skill-building in a faith-centered environment.

Groups are intentionally kept small (up to 10 participants) to allow for meaningful discussion and connection. Because these are coaching groups, participants may reside anywhere in the United States.

These groups are ideal as a complement to individual counseling or as a stand-alone support option for individuals who do not require one-on-one services. If, during the course of a group, Charity identifies concerns that may benefit from additional support, she may recommend a brief individual coaching session and/or provide appropriate referrals.

Group Structure & Registration

  • Groups run in four-week sessions, aligned with the calendar month

  • Once a session begins, no new participants are added

  • Registration is $180 per four-week session, due in full at the time of enrollment

  • Registration is non-refundable, as groups are closed once the session begins

  • Enrollment in a specific day and time commits you to all four weeks of that session

Monthly Topics May Include

  • Adult ADHD 101

  • Young Adult ADHD

  • Family Life with ADHD

  • Ongoing ADHD Community Group

Topics rotate monthly, and meeting days and times may vary.

On the Interest form, you may submit your availability and topic preferences, which will be considered when developing upcoming group schedules.
