"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters..."
Colossians 3:23 NIV

About Me
I first understood my need for Christ's salvation as a child. For many years, I felt it was me and Jesus against a world where I did not belong. Through many struggles in school and trouble with peers, the Holy Spirit taught me many things. Although there were ups and downs, and times of compromising my faith, I knew as a teenager I was called to become a Christian Coach and Counselor.
I have struggled with my own stress, trauma, anxiety, grief, and ADHD. I have found that although counseling and psychology were helpful, Jesus is the ultimate healer and almighty counselor so my approach to both coaching and counseling include Jesus.
My wonderful husband and I have been married since 2006 and have three amazing children. God has blessed us beyond measure but not without hardship. I am blessed to be able to encourage others through my counseling, coaching and my writting.

How I Started Writting
In 2012, I founded Live Wellness Center in Columbus, Ohio. During that season, I began writing to apply God’s Word to everyday life, eventually publishing my first book, "Perspective: How the Power of a Biblical Perspective Can Change Your Life," in 2020. This work evolved into a devotional and a therapeutic model used in my counseling practice, alongside a children's book series. My journey took a personal turn during the pandemic when the stress of the era led me to rediscover my ADHD diagnosis.
This sparked a passion for helping other women understand how ADHD impacts them so they can find balance rather than burnout. In June 2022, following God’s lead, I stepped down from leadership at my practice to pursue training in Life Purpose and ADHD Coaching. However, in June 2023, my life changed instantly when I suffered a seizure and doctors discovered a significant brain tumor. Facing brain surgery, the truths I wrote about in "Perspective" became my lifeline, allowing me to face my darkest nightmare with supernatural peace and surrender.
Having survived, I am now committed to sharing these biblical perspectives with as many people as possible. My experience is a testament to Romans 8:28: that in all things, God works for the good of those who love Him.
