No longer feel misunderstood, invisible, and out of options.

"Seek God's will in all that you do

and He will direct your path" Proverbs 3:6

Do You Have ADHD?

Tired? Overwhelmed? Falling Apart? Worried God can't use you? Research has shown that ADHD is just as common in adult women as it is in young boys, but most women are misdiagnosed with depression, anxiety, or PMS. Less known characteristics of ADHD are, easily stressed, feeling you will never measure up, struggling to follow through, sleep trouble, relational conflict, emotional dysregulation, trouble remembering the moments in life that really matter, and many others. Maybe you don't have depression/anxiety/PMS. Maybe your brain works in a unique way that will thrive with a few changes to your thinking and your routine.

Someone on my team can help. My team is trained in spotting the unique characteristics that make you special and invaluable in the way your brain works. With stressors, traumas and confusing circumstances we often need the help of someone who understands. I work with my team to provide coaching and counseling from an empathetic, down to earth, psychology informed Bible filtered, Christian worldview.

Our Approach

My team's approach to ADHD coaching and mental health counseling focuses on finding a balance in your life. We will start with exploring how your individual history has created barriers for you and work to create a plan to over come those barriers. We will explore how your emotional life and possible type of ADHD intersects with your personality, your circumstances and God's calling on your life. Those insights will help us develop better expectations, plans and ongoing emotional structure for the changes you want to make in your life. We will address trauma, life stress, negative thinking, emotion regulation, relationship issues, and coping with anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
